Costs are transparent to patients before any service is provided.

What about referrals, medications, imaging and labs?

Do you accept my insurance?

No. Arche Health does not accept or bill insurance. The practice operates on a monthly membership fee, which removes insurance and billing constraints so the physician can focus fully on patient care.

Can I use my Flex Spending (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) card for membership payment?

FSA/HSA accounts may cover monthly membership services starting January 2026, depending on employer plan rules. Patients should confirm eligibility with their accountant, employer, or plan administrator.

What if I decide to cancel my membership?

Members may cancel at any time with 90 days' notice. Membership fees continue during the notice period, during which care is still provided.

Direct primary care works best alongside insurance, not as a replacement for it: members still use insurance for hospitalizations, specialists, labs, and imaging, while the monthly membership covers unhurried, comprehensive primary care without copays or wait times.
